PSU Football Weekends

Next Important Date:  August 9, 2011

• Last day to cancel reservations for the PSU/Alabama weekend

• Non-refundable deposits will be processed for the PSU/Alabama weekend
  

Current Availability:

• PSU/Indiana State -- September 2/3, 2011

• PSU/E. Michigan -- September 23/24

• Blue/White Weekend -- April 20/21 2012

Stay Restrictions:

Both Friday and Saturday nights are required for all home football weekends.  Rooms are not intended for resale or transfer without proper notification to and approval from the hotel.  If making a reservation on someone’s behalf, please include contact details of the person staying in the room.  PSHS may cancel any booking that is transferred or resold inappropriately and any deposits will be forfeited.

Room Guarantees:

Room reservations for home football weekends will be finalized and confirmed ONLY when they have been guaranteed with a credit card (or when a check payment has been received).  Credit card guarantees (or checks) must be received by June 1, 2011 to avoid having the room released.  No rooms will be held after June 1, 2011 without a credit card guarantee or a check payment.

Deposits:

Advance deposits will be taken 30 days prior to the reservation arrival date for all football weekends.  The deposit will cover room and tax for the number of rooms received.  No rooms will be held without a deposit.
