Commencement

May Commencement 2010

At this time, reservation requests for Friday and Saturday of May Commencement 2010 are being processed through a waitlist.  If you would like to stay with us during Commencement exercises this Spring, please email us at upcommencement@psu.edu with your requested dates and desired number of rooms.  You will be notified as soon as we may have availability.

We currently have some availability for Sunday, May 16, 2010.  For guests who will be attending commencement exercises for the Smeal College of Business or the Graduate School on Sunday, please let us know if we may be of assistance in making a reservation for you to stay with us on Sunday evening.

May Commencement 2011

Applications for room reservations will be accepted beginning January 2010.  Simply download the application from our website, complete the form and return it to us before June 30, 2010.

Due to the large number of room requests that are received each year for May Commencement, applications are selected through a lottery process for those requests submitted before the June 30th deadline.  All applications received after June 30th will be added to the waitlist in the order of the date the application is received.
