Fall 2010 PSU Football Weekends -- Applications are currently being accepted

Each year the number of loyal football fans requesting accommodations for home football weekends exceeds the capacity of the Penn Stater Conference Center.  Unfortunately, this makes it impossible for us to satisfy the needs of everyone who would like to stay with us over these popular weekends.  The high demand for our rooms and our desire to try to serve as many requests as possible requires the use of a standard procedure for the processing of all football room requests.

The following procedures and criteria govern the processing of room requests over home football game weekends.  Please keep in mind that completing this form and meeting the stated criteria does not guarantee that reservation requests can be granted.

Reservation Request Policy:

• All reservation requests and related communications must be in writing
• Room requests for the "Entire Season Package" will have top priority
• Room requests are for both Friday and Saturday nights for home football games
• Consideration is given for the number of continuous years of use of the hotel's facilities
• Frequency of cancellations and/or no-shows in previous years may affect status
• Room types are not guaranteed

Room Guarantees:

Room reservations for home football weekends will be finalized and confirmed ONLY when they have been guaranteed with a credit card (or when a check payment has been received).  Credit card guarantees (or checks) must be received by June 1, 2010 to avoid having the room released.  No rooms will be held after June 1, 2010 without a credit card guarantee or a check payment.

Deposits:

Advance deposits will be processed 30 days prior to the reservation arrival date for all football weekends.  The deposit will cover room and tax for the number of rooms received.  No rooms will be held without a deposit.
