May Commencement 2012

Requests are currently being accepted for our waitlist

• All cancellation requests must be done in writing, at least 30 days prior to arrival
• Non-refundable deposits equal to the amount of the stay, will be processed 30 days prior to arrival
• Rooms are not intended for resale or transfer without proper notification to and approval from the hotel.  If making a reservation on someone’s behalf, please include contact details of the person staying in the room.  PSHS may cancel any booking that is transferred or resold inappropriately and any deposits will be forfeited.

Non-refundable deposits will be processed 30 days prior to the reservation arrival date, equal to the amount of room and tax for the Friday and/or Saturday nights for the number of rooms received.  No rooms will be held without a deposit.

Cancellations:

Requests to cancel or modify reservations for May Commencement must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid any cancellation fees.  Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will be subject to a forfeiture of the deposit on the room.
